We had a good day at Sea World, although Chris didn't go :( When we got there, it was kind of getting late. People were leaving while we were getting there, but we still went in anyways. After we got in we tried to decide what exhibit to look at first, and we saw the seals because carly said they were cool, which they were pretty funny...and smelly. Next, i said that i wanted to see the sharks, so we went and saw the sharks. After we walked through the creepy tunnel, we went to see the dolphins. We had the chance to touch them, but i kind of had a bad feeling about that because there were signs saying splash zone. Just as i noticed that sign, a couple dolphins at once splashed Danika and EVERYONE was laughing as hard as we could because she was SOAKED. After we just saw all the other exhibits, and they were cool. Then we went to Old Town, which was this little mexican town settled by mexicans before it became america. Then we went home and watched TV and wet to bed because we had to get up early for disney tomorrow! :D so bye.

Hey you two,
ReplyDeleteYou probably won't read this until you get home as I am sure you are on your way out the door to another great adventure. Isn't San Diego nice? The daily blogs and pictures are a great way to follow your adventures. It is obvious you are having a great time.
I WAS actually going to be the first to post a comment (had it written out and everything), however, I didn't know how to do it! There was no "anonymous" option and I couldn't sign in otherwise. (Some of us are just too old!)
Since that futile attempt, I have been reading your blogs and feeling very jealous. Especially after your first day in Coronado. Uncle Michael and I stayed there for our 25th anniversary and we loved the little downtown area.
I'm sure you are being very curtious and appreciative guests for Carly and Chris. You are very lucky to have someone to stay with and someone to be your personal guides while visiting such a beautiful area. Many people will never have the chance to do that in a lifetime.
If you are reading this BEFORE heading back to this lovely, cold, drab and dreary place, enjoy your last day there. Remember to take in all the sunshine and warmth you can (that is assuming the sun is out!).
And one more thing, DON'T be on your feet ALL day. Take some time in the evening to sit and elevate your feet/legs or even better, lie down for a while. You will be on a long red-eye flight where you will be sitting the whole time. Your feet will be swelling and you will wish you were home in bed. Believe me, I have been there many times!
Can't wait to hear your stories and see more pics of your great vacation. Bring back some of that good ol' Cali sunshine!
Love ya.....Auntie Lynn
